The site was bought by the client with an existing planning consent for the conversion of the former Parish Hall into two properties and the creation of two bungalows on the adjacent land.
By revisiting the design and taking a fresh approach to the planning application we were able to negotiate with the Forest of Dean Council Planners and achieve planning for the conversion of the Parish Hall into 4 properties with an additional 5 properties on the adjacent land.
