Urban Aspects were successful in obtaining planning permission to create a modern 4 bedroom large detached property in an infill location with the attractive Cotswolds village of Winchcombe. The site was located immediately adjacent to a Listed building and within a flood risk area. A comprehensive case was put forward to the council and an effective presentation at planning committee was given which resulted in the planning committee overturning the officers recommendation to refuse the scheme.
