Urban Aspects were successful in obtaining planning permission for the client to demolish and existing chalet style bungalow situated in an elevated location and replace it with an impressive detached 4 bedroom dwelling that is part subterranean. The new dwelling was constructed from local stone with traditional features which included stone heads, jambs, sills and mullions and label moulds around steel casement windows.
