This former pig farm had been redundant for many years and had no real value until we got involved.
We worked with the Parish Council to get the site identified as a potential development site within the Neighbourhood Development Plan before submitting the planning application to the Local Authority.
Needless to say, the client was over the moon that we managed to get his site form a ‘pig sty’ to having planning for a luxury development for 5 large detached houses in less than 6 months.
