A planning strategy was devised which was supported by Tewkesbury Borough Council Planners which will see this rundown farm site redeveloped for an attractive residential development in a prime location.
Although part of the site is beyond settlement boundary we were able to demonstrate that it was an appropriate site for development in terms of sustainability given the Councils lack of a 5-year housing supply
